Digital Product Policy
This policy applies to digital offerings including:
• downloadable content
• recorded Akashic Readings/sessions
• digital versions of the Clarity Deck
• courses, workbooks, or guided materials

Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered via email or secure download link after purchase.
If you do not receive your product within a reasonable timeframe, please check spam or junk folders first before contacting support.
Personal Use License
All digital materials are intended for personal use only.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-transferable license to use the material for your own personal growth and study.
Digital materials may not be:
• resold
• redistributed
• shared publicly
• reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
Downloads
It is the customer's responsibility to download and save digital files after purchase or delivery.
For session recordings, download links may only remain active for a limited period of time.

Refunds
Because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, all digital sales are final.
If a technical issue occurs that prevents access to the product, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All written materials, recordings, artwork, and teachings remain the intellectual property of Align by Design unless otherwise stated.
Physical Product Policy
This policy applies to physical products such as:
• printed oracle decks
• books
• journals or workbooks
• other tangible items sold through Align by Design
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may vary during launches or high demand periods.
Shipping
Shipping times depend on the destination and the carrier used.
Align by Design is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
If you are purchasing one of my physical products through a 3rd party such as Zazzle, Lulu, Amazon, or any other party, you will be subject to that shipper's policies, terms and conditions. Align by Design is not responsible for anything related to 3rd party shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Align by Design within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If a package is lost in transit, a claim may need to be filed with the shipping carrier. Reasonable efforts will be made to assist with replacement when appropriate.
Returns
Due to the nature of limited-run spiritual tools and small batch production, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If an issue occurs, please contact support within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges
If inventory allows, damaged or defective products may be replaced with the same item.
Energetic Tools
Oracle decks and related tools are created as instruments for reflection, awareness, and personal exploration.
Results and interpretations will vary depending on the individual using them.
