is the intellectual property of Align by Design unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission. Personal use of purchased materials is permitted. Commercial reproduction and/or distribution is not.
 

Booking and Digital Deliverables

For services such as Akashic readings:

  • Clients may provide keywords or topics they wish to explore.

  • Readings are typically delivered within the timeframe stated on the booking page.

  • Recordings or digital files may be delivered through secure file links such as Dropbox.

It is the client's responsibility to download recordings within the stated timeframe, as we do not archive digital recordings of readings for longer than 30 days.

Physical Products

For physical products such as Akashic Records Course Workbook, Akashic Messages Clarity Card Deck, Intuitive Chakra and Elements Mandala Oracle Decks, Zazzle 3rd party products, Amazon 3rd party printing, etc:

  • Products will be mailed within a reasonable time based on inventory

  • Any product offered through a 3rd party site: Align by Design is not responsible for their production, shipping, or delivery timeframe

Payments

Payments for services or products are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and abide by the rules put in place by the payment providers.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of intuitive services, digital products, and downloadable content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a technical issue occurs with delivery of a product, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
